LIBR Wikipedia

 

1.       Look up “dance” in Wikipedia.  Read over the entry. 

 

2.  Look up “dance” in one of the Reference Books we talked about.  Read over the entry.  Do you notice any differences?

 

3.       Are you bilingual?  If you speak another language, try looking something up in another language version of Wikipedia (for example, Wikipedia in Spanish, Russian, or Italian).  Did you find any interesting entries?  On what topics?

 

4.  Look up your high school, neighborhood, or hometown in Wikipedia.  Read over the entry.  Do you have anything to add?  Become a Wikipedia editor!  Select edit this page and add what you know to the Wikipedia entry.
