Curbside Services and Requesting Library Items

This guide will outline the process on how to request library items and schedule a curbside pickup once ready.

Cañada College Pick Up and Returns Location

Arrive during your scheduled appointment, provide your G-number or student ID card, pick up your item(s) on hold, and enjoy!

  • When arriving at the main entrance from Farm Hill Blvd., follow the road up the hill, turn right at the fork and make your way to Lot 1B.
  • If arriving at the west entrance from Cañada Road, turn left and follow the road up and around the hill.  Make your way to Lot 1B.
  • Park in the designated Library Curbside Services Area (marked with signage and orange cones).
  • Once you are parked, please call the library front desk at (650) 306-3485 to let staff know you have arrived.
  • Stay in your vehicle and library staff will come out to you, verify your ID and give you your item/s
  • Note:  You will follow this process when returning library items as well

Update:  Limited in-person service at the Cañada Library will resume on Wednesday, August 18, 2021.

You will be required to follow these rules when coming to campus, in order to protect your health and safety, and that of fellow students and college staff:

  1. Wear a face covering
  2. Stay 6 feet away from all other people
  3. Do NOT come to campus if you are sick.

Be sure to have your G-number or college ID card handy.  Loans and Returns will be recorded on your college library account.
