Dear Students,
This semester you will be the first class (as far as we know!) to use the Cañada College Archives for your research and writing project!
You will be doing "original" research in one of four broad topic areas.
To do this you'll be combing through the archives for "primary sources" and fortifying your research and ideas with published books and articles that are "secondary sources."
As the Archives has not yet been fully organized and preserved, so for you as the detective on the hunt, this will be a sometimes messy process.
As you search, you'll also be recommending sources that you find, to be added to this research guide. In other words, we will build this resource together.
