Most library databases provide an MLA citation for you. Look for the an icon that looks like quotations or says the word "cite." Then choose MLA 9th edition as your citation style. You will still want to make sure that the Core Elements are included in the citation and that the style is correct.
All MLA citations need a "hanging indent" where the first sentence is aligned with the left margin and the next sentences are indented 1/2 inch.
