Library services

The Cañada College Library, on the third floor of Building 9, offers computers, textbooks, technology, research help, printing, and group study rooms.

Library computers do not require you to log in and do not have a time limit so you can come and stay all day. Chromebooks, hotspots and calculators can be checked out from the circulation desk after you complete a technology loan agreement.

Search for textbooks available at the library. If you do not see your textbook, fill out the Textbook request form for students.

Physics associations

American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT) Founded in 1930, AAPT serves as a professional society of teachers of physics in colleges, universities, and secondary schools; undergraduates and graduates with major interest in physics.

American Board of Health Physics (ABHP) promotes the health physics profession by establishing standards and procedures for certification and conducting certification examinations.

American Center for Physics (ACP) is the center for many programs of physics societies

American Institute of Physics (AIP), a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit membership corporation, was created to advance knowledge of physics and its application to human welfare.
