My sons earned their Associate of Arts degrees at Cañada College and transferred to UC-Santa Barbara and UC-Berkeley, so I am a big believer of the slogan "From here you can go anywhere."
I've been a reference and instruction librarian at Cañada College since August 2015. I have a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Texas-Austin and an MLIS from SJSU. Before I became a librarian, I was a newspaper reporter.
A local history enthusiast, I'm the author of Belmont from Arcadia Publishing's Images of America series.
